- Sat 7-8am: Pre-open latte art practice (optional)

Week 3 (March 18-22):  **LAUNCH WEEK**
- Mon 2-4pm: NEW - Spring menu drink training
- Wed 2-3pm: NEW - Lavender latte specific prep
- Thu: No training (focus on launch prep)
- Fri 3/21: SPRING MENU LAUNCHES

Week 4 (March 25-29):
- Tue 2-4pm: Customer service scenarios
- Thu 3-5pm: Rush hour workflow optimization

NOTES:
- All sessions in back training area
